AAA is not a traditional share ETF. It invests in bank term deposits and cash accounts, aiming to deliver a rate broadly in line with the RBA cash rate. At approximately $5.2B AUM it is one of the largest cash ETFs in Australia and pays monthly income. During the 2022-2024 period of elevated interest rates, AAA returned 4-5% with minimal price volatility; past performance is not a reliable indicator of future returns. As the RBA has cut rates in 2025-2026, the yield has declined. The current cash yield net of fees is 4.17% p.a. (as at May 2026); this yield is an estimate, is not guaranteed, and will change with the RBA cash rate. Price is effectively stable, no material capital gain or loss.
