It tracks the top 200 Australian companies using the Solactive Australia 200 Index, which produces near-identical results to the ASX 200. The top holdings and sector weights are almost identical to VAS. If you already own VAS, buying A200 as well gives you approximately 94% overlap and doubles your fees for near-identical holdings exposure. The holdings overlap is approximately 94% and the primary differentiator between the two funds is the management fee.
