A200 has one of the lowest management fees among Australian shares ETFs at 0.04% p.a.. It tracks the top 200 Australian companies using the Solactive Australia 200 Index, which produces near-identical results to the ASX 200. The top holdings and sector weights are almost identical to VAS. If you already own VAS, buying A200 as well gives you almost the same companies again and doubles your fees for near-identical holdings exposure. The two funds hold almost the same companies, so the primary differentiator between them is the management fee.
