NDQ tracks the Nasdaq 100, the 100 largest non-financial companies on the Nasdaq, dominated by Nvidia, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Google and Tesla, which together account for over 40% of the fund. It has returned above broad-market indices over the past decade as technology drove global equity markets. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future returns. The concentration in technology and consumer discretionary stocks carries meaningful downside risk. The fund fell over 30% in 2022 and can lag broad-market ETFs substantially during technology sector downturns. At 0.48% the fee is higher than broad-market alternatives like IVV.
