ETHI goes further than just screening out companies, it actively selects global businesses that score highest on environmental and social responsibility metrics. The result is a focused portfolio of approximately 210 companies dominated by technology and healthcare, as those sectors tend to score highest on sustainability measures. At a 0.59% p.a. management fee it's more expensive than VESG and VGS. ETHI targets companies considered sustainability-screened rather than simply excluding certain sectors.
