VESG is the ethical investing version of VGS. You get the same broad global developed market exposure but with companies screened out based on ESG criteria: no fossil fuel companies, weapons manufacturers, tobacco or gambling companies. The result is a portfolio that's slightly more technology-heavy and lighter on energy and materials than VGS. At 0.18% it's identical in cost to VGS.
