WXOZ was renamed on 19 December 2025 from 'iShares MSCI World ex Australia ETF' to 'State Street SPDR S&P World ex Australia Carbon Aware ETF'. The fund is managed by State Street Global Advisors (SPDR), not BlackRock. It now tracks the S&P World ex Australia Carbon Aware Index, which applies carbon-aware construction to reduce the weighted average carbon intensity versus the parent index, and screens out companies involved in controversial weapons, fossil fuels, tobacco, gambling and adult entertainment. At 0.07% it has one of the lowest management fees among global ETFs on the ASX. AUM is approximately $672M as at April 2026.
